Hotel Block Disounted Rates: By booking your hotel within the IOUG hotel block, not only will you receive a great rate, but you will receive $200 off of your conference registration rate. IOUG negotiated competitive rates with Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.
You must book your hotel prior to registering to take advantage of this discount. Upon completing your reservation, you will receive a Hotel Reservation Acknowledgement number via email. When you register for COLLABORATE 17, enter your Hotel Reservation Acknowledgement number when prompted on the registration form to receive the $200 discount for staying in the official COLLABORATE 17 hotel block.
Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note for Local Attendees: A COLLABORATE 17 hotel rooming block exemption is applicable to an attendee whose business address is within selected zip code areas. The attendee is exempt from having to stay at a hotel in order to receive the $200 discount on their conference registration. The conference registration system will automatically detect a qualifying zip code. If you have any questions about these parameters or registration in general, please email email@example.com.
Guests: Full Conference, One Day and Two Day registrations include admission to all IOUG evening events that take place on the day(s) selected in your registration. However, if you would like to bring a guest to an evening event you may select the event(s) of your choice and add them to your registration. Guest registrations to these events do not include admission to any educational sessions or the exhibit hall. This rate does not apply for additional industry personnel and is only available for non-industry companions.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by February 16, 2017 are eligible for a full refund less a $300 processing fee. Cancellations received between February 17, 2017, and March 29, 2017, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations received after March 29, 2017. Cancellations must be received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax to 312.245.1579.
Please Note: On occasion, an IOUG photographer may take photos of participants at COLLABORATE 17, or of people participating in conference functions or activities. Please be aware that these photos are for IOUGs use only, and may appear in IOUG conference programs, brochures, newsletters, website and other publications and materials. Your attendance constitutes your permission and consent for this photography and subsequent usage.
Privacy Information: Exhibitors are provided with a list conference registrants before and after the conference. This list contains your key application information only; no phone numbers or fax numbers and you are provided an opportunity to opt-out of e-mail address inclusion. Choosing to include your e-mail allows exhibitors to mail materials publicizing their booth as well as their products, services and other offers that will take place by their company booth before and after the conference.
Many exhibitors collect business cards and most scan badges at their booths during the conference. If you offer your business card or have your badge scanned, IOUG views this as voluntarily providing information to the vendor and many vendors will offer a prize or other incentives in exchange for your information. This is how vendors build their marketing lists. If you receive vendor materials via email, please be assured they did not receive you contact information from IOUG unless you did not opt-out, or scanned your badge at that booth onsite.
