    Exhibitor Service Manual

    The Exhibitor Service Manual as important information related to exhibiting at COLLABORATE 18, including information on shipping and how to order furniture, internet, AV equipment and utilities. The service manual will be live January 2018.

     

    Registration

    Exhibitor Registration will be live in January 2018.

    Each exhibiting company is allowed one (1) Exhibitor Full Conference badge and three (3) Exhibit Hall Staff badges per 100 square feet purchased. Online registration closes on March 30. After this date, all registrations must be done onsite.

    Housing Information

    All exhibitors should make their hotel reservations online by March 30 in order to obtain the discounted rates.

    Housing rates will have incremental increases between now and COLLABORATE, so be sure to book before the March 30 discount deadline.

    When you’ve completed your housing reservation please make note your Housing Registration Code.  In order to receive each badge on a complimentary basis, each registrant is required to book their housing in the COLLABORATE hotel block. If a registrant elects to stay outside the hotel block, a surcharge of $200 will be applied. 

    Please avoid housing solicitations and book your hotel room only through the link above. COLLABORATE is not responsible for rooms booked through other means, and we cannot guarantee the authenticity of any offers other than those through our secured hotel block.
