To take advantage of the discount: Book your hotel within the COLLABORATE block using our hotel block link. Then, when you register for COLLABORATE 17, enter your Hotel Acknowlegement number when prompted into the registration form and you will receive the $200 discount for staying in the official COLLABORATE 17 hotel block.

Group Cut-off Date
Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The group cutoff rate is Friday, March 10, 2017.
Credit Card Deposit
A deposit of the first night room and tax will be charged to your credit card immediately. If you would like to prepay all nights, please contact the hotel after confirming your reservation.
A COLLABORATE 17 hotel rooming block exemption is applicable to an attendee whose business address is within selected zip code areas. The attendee is exempt from having to stay at a hotel in order to receive the $200 discount on their conference registration. The conference registration system will automatically detect a qualifying zip code. If you have any questions about these parameters or registration in general, please email email@example.com.
IOUG is pleased to offer a limited number of government rated rooms at the Luxor Las Vegas. Rates start as low as $102/night based on the current per diem rates. Government ID required for verification of rate upon check-in.

Cancelling a Reservation
IOUG will charge a $50 cancellation fee on all reservations cancelled after March 17, 2017. Hotel reservations cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night's room and tax.
COLLABORATE organizers reserve the right to rescind the hotel occupancy discount for conference registration and charge the full conference registration rate for attendees that cancel hotel reservations within the COLLABORATE hotel block.

There are group shuttles to/from the airport to most of the major hotels and resorts on the strip.
The rental car facilities for the McCarran International Airport is a few miles from the airport itself, so be ready to take a shuttle to get you on your independent way.
